In the early days I did this Kriya with one friend and fell out ~ when we closed it out~ I left my body~ she said " hey dude, dude" I sat up and said " i'm here, I'm ok"
Wow
I did this Kriya with my boss (4 years ago) and after we walked out of the room , he was amazed at how noisy the gym really was. And he said he was calm and could handle any problem ~no matter how big or complicated it was. And if the BLDG was on fire he said he could still remain calm.
When teaching this Kriya , I realized it was better taught to people who were ready no matter what, liked to chant~willing with no fear to learn, were already really excellent at breathing or doing practice of breath (weather it was meditation breath or not). In other words, if you shallow breath mostly and have problems with breathing~ you usually will stumble, hold breath, and get frustrated while trying to do this kriya or any mantra practice.
